SCHWEIZER FERNSEHEN: Den Stresstest der Europäischen Bankenaufseher (CEBS) haben 7 von 91 europäischen Banken nicht bestanden. Sie erreichten unter den zu Grunde gelegten Krisenszenarien nicht die als Ziel vorgegebene Kernkapitalquote von 6 Prozent.
